Update version to 1.1.0

Could one of you update this library on npm?

Here is a PR with the updated version: 1.1.0, and some small fix of an inconsistency I noticed in the recent commits since 1.0.0: 1.0.0...master

We would really like this npm update, for the Promise support

ps: if you don't have time, maybe I can maintain this project? I like it because it follows json-schema, so it's a no-brainer to use, compared to https://www.npmjs.com/package/prompts or https://www.npmjs.com/package/inquirer

@gangstead This can be merged as well, one change is a fix of this PR #184 that was a incorrectly merged, and other change is a simple minor version increase

@indutny @indexzero @jcrugzz please, could you then have a look into publishing to npm, or granting @gangstead or @bmeck the permissions to do so?
