The RSS and Atom feed seems mostly unknown to most users. I suggest adding according feed links and/or icons to the different styles of the Leggero theme in order to promote this feature more.

Ideas: Top right corner of the red header bar? Or in the footer?

- remove the RSS and Atom buttons in the header template
- Activates the plugin by default and places the widget in the menu column
