Latest Stable 0.37.x and 1.0.0-rc.13 Not Working at all for New Projects

Describe the bug
Created a brand new project for multiple platforms. Trying to build for firetv first. It creates the new project just fine, but does not install an engine and thus I get an error when trying to do the run command. After adding the engine to the json file (This is not anywhere in the docs), when I do rnv run -p firetv it eventually asks if I want ReNative to create an Emulator. Either way I answer it just HANGS FOREVER!

I am on macos latest os version there using ZSH. I have Android Studio installed and open! HELP!
