The app says the tram is X min late but I just saw it go past

In order to know if the vehicle has been at the stop or not I look for a key piece of information from Transport Canberra's data packet. Each vehicle has a route status that is either travelling_to or stopped_at. Because Transport Canberra only updates the public data of the locations and statuses of vehicles every 15 seconds AND a vehicle is stopped for boarding for <20 seconds, sometimes it is possible that I miss the stopped_at flag. I am currently thinking about a cleverer way to handle this and will delete this issue when I do.
