When nesting themed components, children should not loose style information from parent elements #2

When you have nested themed components, you might want to pass on some styling information from a themed parent to the child (via context).

Currently, themeit will overwrite existing context.styles information.

In the next release, themeit should merge eventually existing context.styles with child component specific style information.
