Delete the folder, uninstall the plasmoid and install again does not solve anything.

Sorry, I didn't get any email for this :/

showTopLevelItems: true property is applied to a Kicker component. Can you please check if you somehow don't have Kicker installed? Also, which Plasma version are you using?
