flot pie chart crush when work with jquery 1.8.0

how to repeat:

1. edit the file pie.html in flot example folder.
2. replace
   <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="../jquery.js"></script> with
   <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.8.0.js&quot;&gt;&lt;/script>
3. run this file in browser.
