The issue is possible to see on the flowplayer.org site itself. If the video has finished, the play button appears. By clicking into the timeline to a specific time in internet explorer the video continues at the clicked position but the play button does not disappear.
The correct behavior would (as in Chrome) be that the video jumps to the position but would not play automatically.

I've tested it on IE 7-10, Chrome, Firefox

HTML5 side is fixed in http://demos.405f.flowplayer.me/ - please verify (Internet Explorer 9+).

@anssip will take a look on flash engine. (Reproducable even on chrome with flash engine)

Ok, also the flash engine is now fixed for this.

fixed for me in htm5 and flash engine.
