Updates the MockIlluminaRun class in bcftbx/mock module:

  • Allows the flowcell mode to be set explicitly on creation of a MockIlluminaRun instance
  • Adds miniseq as a known platform
  • Creates additional run completion files in output mock run directory (determined by platform)
  • Creates (empty) InterOp subdirectory in output mock run directory
