Enable negative 'd' and 'ld' arguments in fl_draw_image() test.

This commit defines additional preprocessor macros to enable testing
negative d and ld arguments of fl_draw_image(). Documentation (test
scenario) has also been improved.

Same commit as in branch-1.3, svn r11269.
