Windows build, Kafka output not found

Hello,

I installed Fluentbit from the .exe, and tried to use the Kafka output plugin. : https://docs.fluentbit.io/manual/pipeline/outputs/kafka/

But i'm unable to use it :

Config :

[OUTPUT]
    Name        kafka
    Match       *
    Brokers     siem-kafkas-preprod.schnappi.com:9092
    Topics      logsappli
    Timestamp_Format iso8601
