Issue Description
Getting very low EPS using winevtlog input plugin with HTTP output plugin.

Environment

• Version used: 2.2.2 & 3.0.0
• Operating System and version: Windows Server 2022
• Configuration: 8 GB | 8 CPU | 50 GB Storage
• Filters and plugins: winevtlog
