Strangers: transitional state from anger to brain problems #30

Common issue: people are following the angry path and then hard slam into Brian problems. Greg doesn’t behave with a “wait what?” moment. A transition state would make that work, or maybe a pinned reaction based on having been angry that overrides the brain problems path.

Possibility: add a match rule for prev_state that has an unoverrideable priority
