Hi everyone.

I previously open an issue #49 which highlighted a possible misbehavior of a Solver CR creation.

After a few considerations, I came up with the idea of implementing a webhook specifically for the Solver CRs so we can verify and possibly avoid bad resource creation.

Any feedback is appreciated.
