iOS 0.9.46

Describe the bug

After updating to version 0.9.46. camera video track are not available anymore. Everthings works fine until 0.9.45.

Issue does not exist on Android.

Update to 0.9.46

Expected behavior
Video streams

Platform information

• Flutter version: Flutter (Channel stable, 3.13.9, on macOS 14.0 23A344 darwin-arm64, locale en-GB)
• Plugin version: 0.9.46
• OS: iOS
• OS version: 16.7.2

Any updates on that ? The issue seems appearing on the versions >= 0.9.46.
Switched to 0.9.45 works but we don't have the updates & fixes from the next versions. 😿
