CPU profiling is disabled. We see this error (reproducible from the Performance page as well as the Timeline)

Feature is disabled (100) from _getCpuProfileTimeline(): Profiler is disabled.
null

According to @bkonyi , the Dream simulator may need to be ran with a flag to enable the profiler.

Tracking issue for investigating and finding the solution.

Should this issue be tracked here? Doesn't seem like a devtools issue?
