Hide right click menu when app loses focus

On desktop, when the app loses focus, any visible context menu should be hidden (tested on Mac, should verify on Linux and Windows). Similarly, it shouldn't be possible to display the system context menu and Flutter's context menu at the same time.

Steps to reproduce

1. On desktop, run any app with editable or selectable text, such as the app below.
2. Right click to show the context menu.
3. Focus the desktop or another app.
4. Return focus to the Flutter app.

Expected: The context menu hides itself at step 3.
Actual: The context menu remains visible through the final step.

Related issues

This would depend on flutter/engine#29288 being merged, which allows Flutter to know if the app has been backgrounded.
