Context: https://ci.chromium.org/p/dart-internal/builders/flutter/Linux%20Production%20Engine%20Drone/13198 successfully deployed to firebase, but api.flutter.dev was down as a result. I rolled back to the previous firebase deployment to resolve this.

Looking at the build logs, it doesn't seem like there were any failed calls to the firebase apis, so it seems like the wrong files were uploaded.
