The Flutter iOS PlatformView (Engine) Overview design doc is a useful description of how iOS platform views work. Copy it into a markdown file in docs/ or another appropriate location.

This request is a product of the https://flutter.dev/go/migrate-flutter-wiki effort, and realizing https://github.com/flutter/flutter/wiki/Hybrid-Composition-iOS was a less-detailed/older version of that design doc, but ideally the design would live next to the code, to be updated as the implementation details change.
