This can be blocking to the team, but it should be a quick fix in the engine to add mirrors/engine as a reference.

As a patch forward, we're going to migrate the engine to use the flutter.googlesource.com/mirrors (https://flutter-review.googlesource.com/c/recipes/+/27820)

All the failing builds were triggered by cocoon retry logic. Somewhere in there we are adding the wrong URL.

flutter/cocoon#1610 moved post-submit retries to the Cocoon scheduler logic (use the mirror).

The recipes CL fixed the it as there's not conflicting state about where the source of truth is

This is now closing the engine tree

This is because the engine builds are being scheduled using luci scheduler with the external mirror.

One last breakage was the auto-rollers. \cc @yusuf-goog something to keep in mind when we migrate flutter/flutter
