Description of what this PR is changing or adding, and why: Reverses #7202, I misread Shams's message and turned off breadcrumbs for cookbook entirely in that PR.
This PR, enables breadcrumbs for all subpages UNDER /cookbook, but disables breadcrumbs for the single /cookbook page.
