Looks like EPEL7 package repo is moving the main python3 version to python3.6, and new python3.x- builds are producing python3.6-<package> instead of python3.4-<package>.

Presently, if I try to rebuild the centos7 docker image, both python3.4-cffi and python3.4-jsonschema fail to install (though annoyingly yum continues without error).

Talking to @SteVwonder, we should just update the default python3 in centos7 docker image to python3.6 to get around this issue.
