Note that we can't update the
kustomize/apito v0.8.0 because it forces us into usingkustomize/kyaml. The kyaml library has serious issues, for example the controller will crash loop with no option for recovery due to kyaml usage oflog.Fatal馃う kubernetes-sigs/kustomize#3480
