Needs to have cmds expanded to accept 'provision' as a cmd.
API needs to have this functionality added as well.

This commit is in reference to issues #33, #32, and #31.

Updated company endpoint to resolve company names OR handle company id's as well, will return company info either way.
 Added API calls for agent endpoint ot be able to get a list of agents at any given given.
 Updated template to allow customization of the navbar area and updated all dependent templates to adhere.
 Updated agent and user view models to accomodate editing of agents and deleting of agents.
 Search functionality is limited thus far to agent list per company, but this can be used with loop routine to obtain agent in query.

This needs further vetting..
The data from view is only handled on error so far and we need proper filtering of that data to accomplish this and provisioning features
