Use COLMAP to generate LLFF format dataset on WIN10

Pre-requisite:

Install COLMAP (add installation path to system PATH environmental variable) and imagemagick on your WIN10.

Data:

Your data should place in ./SCENE_NAME/images, 100~200 images around.
