Ethereum and BCH transaction

Another not so real release.
Made to celebrate 200 commits into our repo and fix current work progress of making transaction to both networks BCH and Ethereum.

(For those who understand what they are doing (know their wallets info, keys etc.), it's possible to utilize the app to make a transaction without necessity to install the blockchain node on your local machine. But this is not our actual goal, so no description for the moment.)

• Send signed Ethereum and BCH transactions
• No dependencies for such monsters as a parity library
• Actually even an idea to write own rust ETH library
• bin size: 1.56M on MacOs and 2.5M on Linux.

BCH regtest playground

• BCH regtest mode only!
• send signed p2pkh transaction
• initial bin 1.29MB macos and 2.14MB linux.
