This pull request adds support for the new sentry/sentry 3.x.

The main change is the error level Breadcrumb::LEVEL_FATAL instead of Breadcrumb::LEVEL_CRITICAL.

Thank you! I tagged 2.2.0, so you can use it right away.

Note that for the next minor version I plan to drop support for Sentry 2.x (#7). You can submit PR if you want.
