Consider replacing 'Yokogawa' by 'CellVoyager' #5

The term "Yokogawa experiment" is ambiguous, as Yokogawa provides a wide range of systems. I suggest using "CellVoyager" (i.e. yokogawa.py => cellvoyager.py) or "Yokogawa CellVoyager" throughout the project.

Makes sense. Maybe it can be refactored with #4.
