OCaml binding for the high level C binding for Zeromq

At the moment only one branch for Zeromq 4 is uploaded. The branch for Zeromq 3 follows soon.

Installation

Please install beforehand czmq zeromq4-x

ocaml setup.ml -configure
ocaml setup.ml -all
ocaml setup.ml -install
