Create a topic for parliamentarians

While similar to authors, there are some queries that are not relevant for a parlamentarian and vice versa. We should create a topic for parlamentarians that give the a nice profile page. It can of course be based on the author to get a head start. As an example this is how Q16633513 looks in the author view, which is a decent start. We would like to add something on election and positions held.

During our Swedish weekly Wikidata call we discussed this first view. Here is what we came up with:

• We should do politician instead of only parliamentarian
• The party (with symbol) and image could be in the top next to social media

• Number of pages per year (remove)
• Venue statistics (remove)
