  • Python: 3.6
  • CUDA: 10.2
  • cuDNN: Windows 7, 7.6.5.32
  • Hardware Compute: 3.5 (Kepler: 700/600 series geforce, Tesla K series: K40m/K80/K40c)
  • Optimizations: /W0 /O2 /Ob1 /Oi /Ot /Oy /GT /GF /arch:AVX2 /fp:precise /favor:INTEL64 /Og /GS- /GL- (pretty much all optimizations enabled except /GL (LTO is not compatible with the bazel build system)
  • stripped TFLite (it reduced the total wheel size by over 5 MB), added CUDA 10.2 code
