In the pages users should be able to add their social media links, and others can click 'like/follow' from our page (without having to leave the site to like and follow).

So a charity can link their FB page and Youtube page. Users can click 'like or follow' from that page. They can also add their website (i think that is already in the pages).

In a good UX/UI location here:
