According to http://code.google.com/p/nvidia-texture-tools/source/browse/trunk/cmake/FindGLEW.cmake, I propose to change the GLEW detection process.

PS: I am not a cmake devel ... so check the syntax :)

The master branch now supports Windows using MinGW. GLEW is included in the repo.
