Describe the bug
While using VoIP.ms the call connects to the Voice Application but the audio is not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create Provider, Number, and a Voice Application (And connect all of them)
Call the Number
Observe the call arriving at your Voice Application
Notice that no audio is being receiving

Expected behavior
I expect to hear audio

The audio issue resulted from an unknown regression with RTPEngine, not the service provider itself.
