save feature/lookup and merge feature info problems #3146

While saving a feature/lookup, subtable names seem to not save.
In addition, while merging a .fea file with the RQD feature, the feature name ends up as "RQD ", with the space at the end, while it (originally was and) needs to be " RQD", with the space in the beginning.
