GPOS subtables and anchor points got deleted after crash

Hi,

FontForge got crashed and the subtables under "Mark" lookups got deleted. These lookups had the anchor settings. These anchors were also removed from all the English alphabets. I am still not sure what went wrong. However, I am glad that I made a backup in which all these lockups and anchor marks exists.

I would like to know if it is possible to import these lookups and also the glyph-slots that had the anchor marks? If yes, then kindly guide me through it.
