feature request: skew with skew angle input

fontforge skew function could be improved to support skew angle, it's a good idea to to merge 3 sub-function below into one new skew function with skew angle support:

What would this feature be used for?

I think a better solution would be to add “Presets” to the «Transform» dialog (and possibly other dialogs), similar to how the GIMP does it.

as a font designer i think it could be useful, if angle left blank or 0, it's the same function and when we write a none-zero number, skew angle will change. i think if you add it, it works for all.
about preset, it sounds good and even better with other effects(like outline, shadow,...).
