Libuninameslist - version 20230916

This release contains source code to build libuninameslist (with NamesList.txt 15.1), libuninameslist-fr (with ListeDesNoms 15.0), and Python wrapper uninameslist.py (ver0.2).

Version 15.1 is a minor update, adding 627 characters, bringing the total to 149,813 characters.

NOTE for MacOS, python users:
You will note that this build did not complete for python.
This is only a pre-release version and the python problem appears to only affect virtual environments for users using python 3.10+. Currently adopting a wait-n-see for now based on reading these:

The French libuninameslist-fr is also now updated from 14.0 to 15.0.

Libuninameslist version 20200413

This release contains source code to build libuninameslist (with NamesList.txt 13.0), libuninameslist-fr (with ListeDesNoms 13.0), and Python wrapper uninameslist.py (ver0.2).

The French libuninameslist-fr was updated recently from 10.0 to 13.0.
libuninameslist now includes added functions that can be used for displaying language translations from libuninameslist-fr, or other libraries if/when they are available. Translators interested in creating such a translation can collect the latest Unicode.org NamesList.txt to be included in a future release (NamesList.txt can be obtained from the Public directory at Unicode.org).

Documentation has also been updated, and the python wrapper install has been clarified to say, it is a two step process, first make the library, install it, then install the python wrapper.
Distro maintainers can take a look at Adele for an example Python install.

Libuninameslist - version 20200313

This library has been updated to have Unicode Nameslist.txt 13.0.
This version adds 5,390 more definitions, for a total of 143,859 characters.

Corrected for 12.1
Earlier version 20190305 can be considered a pre-release as it was based on 12.1delta, and not the officially announced 12.1 later in May which have the final 'important' update.
