feat: bump lightning language server version

What does this PR do?

Updates the version of the lighting-language-server dependencies to pick up:

• updated lighting/salesAutomationRulesApi typings from feat: add typings for applyReminder lightning-language-server#555.
• updated lightning/messageService to be optional from fix: message service typings file contains incorrect default parameter value for subscribe method lightning-language-server#547
• updated lightning/placeQuoteApi, lightning/industriesSchedulerApi, lightning/salesEnablementProgramApi typings from: feat: lightning adapter updates and update lwc versions lightning-language-server#544

I confirmed that the latest adapter is included with autocompletion and hover, that everything builds successfully, and the library changes we need are all here. 🚢
