Author Field Missing From RSS Feed

Describe the bug

The author field is missing from the RSS feed on DEV (possibly on other Forems too).

Expected behavior

The author field should be included in the RSS feed.

Additional context

This was reported by a DEV user who relies on the RSS feed to tweet out new posts from DEV.

There are some recent changes to RSS here that may be related - https://github.com/forem/forem/pull/16517/files
