Add extra space below "toggle" on /internal/users/ edit page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an Admin that occasionally has to open the "Destructive Actions" toggle in /internal/users/{user-id}/edit, it's a little bit tough to click the toggle as it's hugging the bottom of the window.

A bit more padding/margin at the bottom of this page. Screenshots below.
