occasional gap in compatibility when /usr/bin/env node isn't where node's binary is #701

An oddity:

installing nodejs through ubuntu means that forever will try to start /usr/bin/env/node, yet the script starts with nodejs

........

Same problem. This should be easy to fix. I'm not sure if we should just rename the nodejs script
