非spring boot项目无法使用么

这里面只是基于eureka上面去寻找注册的服务，应该不仅仅是springboot项目可用（个人看法）

他里面很多的接口都依赖的springboot特有接口.... 包括starter autoconfiguration机制自定义启动相关类. 应该是需要springboot项目
