Where do you call defineMessages ? #53

Hello

Does the defineMessages function need to be called FROM a react component for the babel-plugin-react-intl to work ?

For example, can I call defineMessages in a simple JS file ?

Ok I have just noticed that my test has succeeded.

So the answer is YES
