Issue Summary

The welcome card shouldn't display the image UI because the Welcome Card does not allow to add an image / video:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add a logo to a survey
  2. Look at the UI

Expected behavior

The "Add image or video to question" UI shouldn't be visible. It likely gets triggered because there is an image uploaded.
