[BUG] Options order changing & randomized options not working

Issue Summary

I'm currently upgrading our instance to 2.0.1 and encountered the following issue:
For this example survey the option order changes on hover:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Trigger survey with "randomize except last option" radio select
2. See options order change on mouse hover
3. The options are also not randomized (in this example the 3rd option never changes even when the survey is triggered again)

Expected behavior

1. order does not change after survey is rendered
2. option order is actually randomized
