feat: show error on browser console for easier debugging for webhook test endpoint

What does this PR do?

A webhook cannot be added if the test endpoint functionality fails! Currently we do not give the user the specific error message that caused it! This changes that by logging that as an error message in the client browser console for easier debigging!
