As discussion with Marketing, Victory could improve with a more robust Getting Started Guide or a Troubleshooting/FAQ Guide.

Unlike the other documentation, Getting Started Guide lives in this repo. If there's a more visible place for these guides to be seen in one of the victory repos, I'm happy if things get moved around 🎷 just do it.
