Couple of bugs squashed:
- Installation into multiple TopSpin directories is now supported (again). I'm pretty sure this was broken by commit e0dde8a in v1.2.2.
- Nonexistent directories are ignored when searching for a pulse programme file. Previously POISE would just crash, which was bad.
