From Headz on the FF forums:

If easy to do, can a civvie's head have a nice size clip for their own team for other civvies, very useful for escape maps, I only played one of them and was very hard to complete due to the pressent clipping.

Would be better to add a universal server-side toggle and then perhaps also add support for Lua-based player-specific toggling.
